Where are you located?

We are based in the United States and offer services internationally. Our headquarters is based out of Washington, D.C. 

How do I go about booking services? 

Please contact us to inquire about our availability and pricing. Once we confirm our availability we will request a deposit which is required to secure all appointments and events. 

For wedding services a signed contract along with a deposit are required. For media or editorial services please inquire about our daily rates. 

What are acceptable forms of payment?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks and PayPal. All checks are to be made payable to: Tiffany Lumpkin LLC

How should I prepare for a makeup application and hair styling appointment.

We highly recommend clean skin and hair. For dry styling, hair should be dry and straighten and towel dried for blow outs.

How long do hair styling and makeup applications take?

On average each service takes no more than 30 to 40 mins each. 

Do we offer airbrush makeup?

Yes! Airbrush makeup is available upon request. 

Are private lessons offered?

Yes! Please contact us for rates and availability. 

Can you travel to my home or location? 

Yes! Travel rates do apply. 

What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?

All deposits are nonrefundable.
