Terms & Conditions in Short
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- By booking any service, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
- By booking an appointment with Tiffany Lumpkin, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission.
- All personal information that you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Tiffany Lumpkin LLC with care and company liability.
- All pricing for services are applicable and set at the date on which you secure appointment.
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to any person for any service. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation request is at least 90 days prior to scheduled date.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Tiffany Lumpkin LLC with responsibility and company liability. The personal information you provide will only be used to conduct business with you. The information you provide is only available to Tiffany Lumpkin LLC and will not be shared with other third parties. You always have the right to request Tiffany Lumpkin LLC to delete or correct the information held about you.
Events outside Tiffany Lumpkin's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Tiffany Lumpkin LLC is released from Tiffany Lumpkin's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are critical injury, death, fire or flood, or natural disasters. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
The final balance is due on the day of the appointment as one payment- exception includes bridal appointments which are due 30 days before the wedding day. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the Client who has signed the service contract. Acceptable forms of BALANCE payment include: cash or certified funds. The final payment is the confirmed service fee minus the deposit and a receipt will be emailed within 2-‐3 business days. Acceptable forms of DEPOSIT payment include: check, credit cards, cash or PayPal. All checks should be made payable to: Tiffany Lumpkin.
All transfers conducted through Tiffany Lumpkin LLC are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
Returned Check Fee
If a check is returned from the bank (deemed nonsufficient funds (NSF), stop payment, etc.) a charge will be assessed according to individual state regulations. State is based on address on provided on check.
If service provider cancels the booked event or service on a contract at any time and is unable to perform their duties for any reason, a 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded by check within two (2) weeks to the client.
Early Call Times
A $50 fee will be charged for booked appointments before 8:00 am.
All major credit cards including VISA, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express are acceptable forms of payment.
A mileage fee will be charged for locations not within a ten (10) mile radius of the city of 21117. The amount will be determined at time of inquiry.
Parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, and it is at the discretion of Tiffany Lumpkin LLC to include the amount with the final invoice and in which case will be due for payment on the day of the event.
Airfare & Accommodations
All costs for travel requiring airfare or train to a booked event are to be paid by Client. Cost may include, but are not limited to: round trip airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals and all taxes.
Delays and Late Policy
A late fee of $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when the Client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled services exceeds allotted time because of client delays.

We take great pride and importance in providing exceptional sanitary and hygienic beauty services. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between all makeup applications. Any skin conditions or allergies should be reported to Tiffany Lumpkin prior to application and we reserve the right to deny service. Clients with known sensitive skin are recommended, if need be, to have the service provider perform a sample test on skin to test reaction. You agree to release Tiffany Lumpkin LLC from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
